Phenomenal service! This was my first experience with this salon and from the moment you walk in until the end you will leave so happy and satisfied with your new hair. Lay did an incredible job with my hair. She patiently listened as I explained what I wanted and addressed my hair concerns. I left feeling confident and thrilled with my new hairstyle. Lay also recommended some fantastic products for my thinning hair. I highly recommend Muse to anyone!

The salon was very nice and clean. I came in for a shampoo and style. Hailey was the sweetest and made my hair look and feel amazing. I'm on day three and my hair still looks great. Such a great vibe! Would recommend.

Sayuri was so gentle and kind! My haircut looks amazing!!! The area was so peaceful and serene which I adore! I will miss sayuri because she will be leaving. I love this salon and definitely recommend, the services were fabulous. They r so friendly!

First time at Beauty Time Salon and Spa. Sana was my stylist today and she did an amazing job with my colour correction to help me achieve the cool tone blonde that I was hoping for. Sana was very honest and told me blonde is not something she regularly works with but today she had assistance from her co-worker Alyssa who was more experienced with blonding techniques to patiently help her with my mess (brassy and blotchy from abother salon). Props to Alyssa for helping Sana. Love your team work! Very happy with service today. Thank you lladies for your amazing work. Highly recommend :)

Ivy was incredibly skilled and attentive throughout the process, ensuring that I felt comfortable and understood every step of the treatment. This our third time in this salon. I used to have a lot of trouble finding a good hairdresser for my 9 yo son, and I finally found it here! Shima is an excellent hairdresser, extremely kind and very friendly. He always makes sure that you are comfortable with his work and that you are happy. Highly recommended!!

I went to the salon to get highlights and bleach on my hair, and the experience was so good! Sayuri was so kind and gentle!!🌟 moreover, the result was more gorgeous and amazing than I expected!! It was a decent and pleasant getting a service here! I got my hair permed by a stylist named Kyla, and she actively listened to me and discussed all she knew. As I basically visit a hair salon once a year, I prefer getting my hair designed in a way to be sustained over time. It looked a little awkward and off the way to me at first, so I had get some modification. Thanks to her prompt action and feedback, now—10 days later—I can tell it’s changing to the style I was looking for. The other staff were also cooperative and warm. I am so much satisfied.

This is a 5.0 star review. My stylist was ANDY. I have had many bad experiences with hair cut services. I have necessitated only 2 visits to hospital emergency since living in Metro Vancouver. Both were the result of a bad experience at a salon or barber. I can't disclose the specific issues treated by compassionate doctors, but they were true emergencies that couldn't wait for a walk-in clinic the next day. To me it is thus necessary to protect myself against bad behaviour. Andy EXCEEDED expectations results wise and is the most attentive and respectful stylist I've ever met.

“I’ve been going to Iris Beauty Solution for a few years now, and honestly, it’s been amazing. I started with laser hair removal, and the results have been better than I expected! I haven’t gone to a salon in such a long time, and so I was really nervous about going to somewhere new, but Ayumi was absolutely amazing, not only did she do my hair exactly the way that I wanted it, but she really cared about helping me get my hair healthy and keep it healthy. It was my daughter’s first salon haircut and it was a great experience! Makoto was very thorough and communicated throughout to make sure we knew what was happening. She did a great job with the cut and even gave her a cute little style with waves at the end! Would highly recommend!
