Had a fantastic appointment with Joshua! Wasn't looking for anything complicated, but had a lovely session which began with aromatherapy and scalp massage. Got a a great haircut that I'm really happy with, and enjoyed chatting with Josh and the other stylists and clients during my appointment. I find the online booking option super easy and helpful. Will be back!

I’ve been coming to this salon for a while now and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Regi is amazing—she always knows exactly what my hair needs and makes me feel so taken care of. The atmosphere is great, and I love that there’s a sweet shop dog named Prince who adds an extra touch of charm. Today was my third time with Ricci at TRiM and it was (as always) fantastic. Ricci is friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. I was thrilled with my colour and cut and I really felt like she understood what I wanted and ran with it. Can't imagine going with anyone else now!
