What a fantastic and relaxing experience with Veejay. He was prompt and had excellent communication. He took the time to discuss the treatments available and to understand my preferences. The massage itself was wonderful, leaving me relaxed and rejuvenated. It never felt rushed or that the was clock-watching. Overall one of the best massages I have had in Cape Town. I can definitely recommend.

I had the most wonderful spa treatment experience. Stephanie is truly gifted. From the minute she came down to invite me into the spa I knew it would be a wonderful experience. She is super attentive to detail and each service provided to me, including the massage and mani&pedi was perfectly executed. I left feeling like a new person! Thanks very much Stephanie. I had thee best experience at Milka, 🥹I was in awe of how they had a heater and an electric blanket to keep conditions favorably in the chilly Cape Town weather🫶🌟

I highly recommend Zavana for anyone looking for a top-tier sports massage in Cape Town. Zavana was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, she immediately identified my tight spots and I left feeling ‘lighter’ and had instant relief. I was lucky to experience a Swedish body massage with Pearl and she did an amzing job and I felt great after it. The only thing I was missing a bit was the "typical wellness and spa atmosphere" that -especially me- helps to calm down, relax and makes a massage wholesome for me. (Like a decorated room, warm colors, some scent, etc.) But as the massage was good, I would go there anytime again.

Good experience as it was first time doing my 💅. A cup of tea was served 👌🏾
