Everything about my appointment was great! My Therapist was a pleasure - Nadira, she was very pleasant and soft on the hands. This was my first time waxing and my anxiety walked right out the door after my conversation with Blessing (manager of the spa), I was at ease from then and through my session. Overall, glad I went with my gut. Would be back

The spa has a lovely, calming atmosphere, but its location between two slightly rundown buildings diminishes the initial impression. Despite my initial hesitation, I found the facial treatment and massage to be extremely relaxing. I particularly appreciated the pedicure setup downstairs, and the staff were friendly. However, I suggest enhancing the welcome experience with drinks or snacks to create a more relaxing vibe from the moment guests arrive.

First time visiting and I loved the service Would be back for facials and monthly waxing.

I had an amazing experience at my session! Although it was a bit tricky finding the exact address on the street, the team was very helpful in guiding me. During facials, I usually experience a lot of pain and sensitivity, but at Skin&Beyond, the treatment was so gentle and soothing that I actually ended up falling asleep. Ozana was incredibly skilled and precise with her technique, showing great care all through. The ambiance was good, soothing scents, and everything from the towels to the sheet was clean and pristine. I also got complimentary products. i look forward to visiting again

Amazing!!!! Ola was so sweet, helping me get comfortable as she talked me through the process during my facials. I enjoyed every service by the staff as well. Morenikeji was very courteous and welcoming as well. I was attended to in a very respectful manner. 10/10 recommend! Customer service is A1!!!!!

I had a beautiful experience, even though it was my first time getting facials and waxing. I truly enjoyed both the service and the overall experience. When my card declined at payment, I was given time to relax and resolve the issue, which I appreciated. After my treatments, I was able to rest for a while before starting my journey back home. And yes, I got home safely a few minutes ago. Thank you!

My experience was very satisfactory, a 10/10. The head aesthetician is very knowledgeable and professional. She took her time and made me comfortable while I got my facials done, explaining every process. Then I got complementary foot and arm massages that was soooo good I slept off.
