Got a beautiful set of nails! The nail technician was a bit withdrawn and perhaps slightly unfriendly. I understand everyone has bad days but this seems to be a common theme with your nail technicians at all branches it seems…..as I go to different locations everytime, (CBD, Claremont, Rondebosch and now Observatory). Love love having Liya see to my nails. Soft gel tips September & October cause my nails are very short & brittle ..now having nail strengthening done then in next 2weeks go for polygel with no14 colour. Very happy with progress.

Bella was incredible… by far the best Lash Technician I have been to in Cape Town… highly recommended.

This was my first at the Riverlands branch and I was really hoping that my experience would be different this time as I wasn't happy at the Rondebosch branch. Fortunate exceeded all my expectations. She's so sweet and has a gentle nature about her. She was extremely gentle with my hands. She takes her time yet she was thorough and efficient! I’m always happy with my nails at Rose Blvd Beauty Bar. The staff are always so kind, welcoming and professional. My nails have been healthy for over 2 years thanks to their team taking such good care. They are my first choice for a nail salon in Cape Town and always help squeeze me in between work with my limited availability. Not to mention how affordable they are too.

I had booked the wrong nails for my daughter (gel overlay instead of gel tips) and they didn't have the correct technician available for this and her matric dance was the next day! But they made a plan and sorted my mistake and managed to fit her in and she was very happy with her nails. Thank you so much!

First time and I’m exceptionally happy. My nails were brittle and the nail technician was soft and gentle with my nails. We did a rubber base gel overlay and my nails have never felt better. Highly recommend!!

I normally go to BOA Rondebosch but i must day i found my new home my nail tech was absolutely amazing the ladies at the desk super friendly 💐💐

Tina did my finger nails and they look gorgeous and are exactly what I wanted. I do feel the extra charge for just some sparkly nail polish ombré was a little steep. My total went from R450 to R600! Otherwise an extremely lovely time at the Rondebosch branch; the secretary/manager was so sweet with all her staff and myself

My nails are great, the nail artist did a great job. My only critique is the music. It’s a terrible play list (of course tastes differ) and it would be very welcome to come into an establishment that plays South African music. Not only to support local artists but also to create a more South African welcoming atmosphere. I came with friends visiting from Germany and they say they love Cape Town but would like more local music to be played. My take is with so many young/hip people working in the space it would make sense for them to create a playlist that is hipper and more relaxing for all.

I had a nail appointment on 31st December 2025 for 16:40h, I decided to arrive at 16:00h to try my luck of getting my nails done earlier but to my surprise, I was told the mall closes at 17:00h and my booking was cancelled. Wendy offered to risk & jump in to help me, I was beyond amazed at how kind she was and at her speed. She did a soak off and a new fresh set of soft gel with tips all within 45mins which is a record breaker in my eyes. I looooove my set and she made the end of my 2025 by putting such a big smile on my face. She will be my new nail tech here-on, Wendy is a GEM. Thanks Wendy
