Nikki Hughes is a wonderful person to work with. She is thoughtful, knowledgable, thorough and very easy to talk to. Their front desk is quick and efficient. It was intimidating to come into a wellness clinic as a male, but Health and Vitality has made the process very comfortable.

Absolutely Amazing Experience! I had the most relaxing and rejuvenating time at Glow Spot Clinic! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully clean. My consultation appointment was amazing! She is so kind, educated, and made me feel completely comfortable. We dissolved some previous lip filler done at a different clinic and added a bit of forehead Botox, and I didn’t feel any pain at all. She’s incredibly gentle and truly amazing with needles. I’m looking forward to my lip filler appointment in a couple weeks. I Highly recommend booking!

My appointment at the clinic went well as usual. Dr Naren is excellent at putting me at ease. I found the appointment to be very relaxed and also helpful, because he is a GP he is helpful for questions in reference to my health also. A consultation for Co2 Laser - My Dr was kind patient and knowledgeable. I wanted to go ahead and just have the treatment without knowledge … She was able to explain further and guide me towards a better route of treatment plan, with which, I am more suited for and comfortable with. This is a lovely clinic. Professional and kind staff.

I purposely booked in “Relaxation and Loosen” because I was sore & sensitive to the touch, but instead got a deeper tissue massage that made me squirm and vocalise my pain, with the therapist even saying “No pain, no gain”. She also talked to me about what I might need to help me feel better and saying that she’ll call me the next day, even though I just wanted some relaxation. I was not there for a medical consultation or a chat. A skilled therapist but whose approach didn’t match my needs on this day. This is why we should be able to choose our therapist at booking, a feature you had before.

The treatment was amazing. The therapist was knowledgeable and attentive and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I highly recommend cleanse by trinity health fourways. 🥰🥰🥰
