I cannot rate Well and Being highly enough. The new Finnish sauna is amazing and I love the option of having both infrared and dry sauna as well as an ice bath. The staff are lovely and the whole environment is so calm and peaceful.

Have been a client at W+B for a while now - we absolutely loved the new finnish sauna!!! The infrared sauna wasn't hot enough for us, so we really loved how hot the finnish sauna gets <3 We just wonder if essential oils in the sauna water bucket could be an option, to elavate the experience? We can't wait for our next session. As always, Pippa is a delight, she helped us get used to the new social space. The 2 min timer at the ice bath was a helpful touch too!

I found my first session on a new plan with a new sauna and ice bath to be very enjoyable and relaxing afterwards.. I never anticipated taking an ice bath, but I managed to get in 😊.

First consult with Well & Being and found it great. Ive had experience with Naturopaths before and found Tahlia amazing, I have several areas of concern and based off my own knowledge, know that it's all connected and found Tahlia really working in well with my needs and knowledge base to make easy and lifestyle adjustments. Was excited when I booked in today! Got to try the new service of Flowpresso/ Brain tapping. Completely relaxing i was feeling lighter every passing minute. The opinions of auto to pick from was fantastic. I went for a relaxing auto to help with memory with the relation compression. Absolutely bliss. I feel light in the mind. 10/10 experience.

Georgia is an amazing instructor, really makes the body feel alive, also with some good humor which lightens the mood when your body is on fire 🤣. Recommend booking the contrast sauna and ice bath for afterwards to really put some rnr into the body.
