I had a consultation with Elisa today and it was such an amazing experience. She explained everything about lip neutralisation and many more treatments that could be useful for my pigmented lips. She made me so comfortable throughout the conversation. Amazing experience, she is a perfectionist.

Elisa's knowledge and experience of lashes and brows is always evident in her consultation and the results whenever I visit her. I always walk away feeling happy and Elisa has suggested products that have helped me maintain my HD Brows at home in between visits so I can really enjoy them for as long as possible, and I value that.

This was our first time having our hair cut by Becky. We found her very pleasant and accommodating, coming to the house to do our hair so we didn't have to go out. She made a very neat job for both my husband and myself and we intend to have her cut our hair again

Really good experience! I had booked the facial I thought I needed but we discussed what I was looking for and the facial was catered specifically for my skin and my concerns. My skin feels fabulous and I would definitely recommend and will be going back!

Elisa is both a perfectionist and a true artist when it comes to brows and lashes. She has a warm, welcoming presence that immediately puts you at ease, and her attention to detail is second to none. She always knows exactly what will suit me best and takes the time to ensure everything is just right. I can’t recommend her highly enough—she’s truly exceptional at what she does.
