Otu (head beautician) is literally the best. She makes sure you are comfortable at all times and explains each step before proceeding. I also love the fact that she’s a perfectionist just as I am. So my overall experience was just perfect.

As someone that has never walked away with a smile after getting her makeup done, this was a totally different experience. I loved everything about my makeup. It suit my face perfectly, was subtle and most importantly I still looked like MYSELF!!! Patience was nice, gentle and courteous while making my hair. One of the things I like most about Nature Strands is that the stylists don't gossip about customers or beg for tips which is something rampant in Abuja salons and quite off putting.

2023-My hair is thriving!. I've been to many natural hair salons in Lagos over the years. However, KLS has been where the most consistent gentle care is taken with my 3b/3c/4a texture. Their stylists have advised on the best treatment options dependent on what my hair needed or lacked on bi-monthly visits. Products are only recommended if I needed them, never forced in order to make a sale. When they didn't have the products best suited for my texture, they recommend brands they do not stock. Their proffesionalism, and care is what makes them my go to natural hair salon in Lagos.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from start to finish. The receptionist was warm, friendly, and very prompt, making the booking process effortless. My hairstylist was skilled, patient, and happy to make adjustments until I was completely satisfied, while the nail technician was kind and gentle with my injured finger. The salon is well lit, clean and welcoming, and uses quality products and tools. I had a great experience and would happily recommend them.
