I was looking for a nail salon which is using vegan products then I came across with theirs. I have been to Longlensoi Beau Bassin for manicure, pedicure, summer heal treatment, gel polish application. I had a very good experience with caring staff, Celine and Karen. They also gave me good advice about how to maintain my damaged nails and heels. Place is very friendly, nicely decorated, tidy and clean compared to many others I have been to before. Keep the good work up.

The nail art was really nicely done, the service was quick, I just didn't like the shape of my nails on the pedicure and the gel was a bit thick on a few of my toenails, the rest was perfect. Merci!

Jessie was as good as ever + she showed extra patience today. After applying the 2nd coat, the nail colour i had picked did not turn out to be what we had expected at all. She willingly offered to re-apply another colour that she recommended as probably closer to what i wanted. And indeed it was! ...even if that meant that she had to stay beyond usual closing time. Very good experience However, upon confirmation of my appointment by email , an amount of Rs 950 was to be paid for the royal pedicure and gel nail polish. Upon completion of the treatment I paid 1200rs for pedicure and nail polish indicating this was the promo price. This is a total confusion which need to be cleared among your team.

Tessa is warm, friendly and kind. Her energy is positive and calm so you feel instantly comfortable with her. At her home-based salon, I received a beautiful builder gel nail service. My nails were fragile after an acrylic soak off - she was gentle and careful not to hurt me or make me uncomfortable. Her nail art skills are great. I definitely recommend her and will be returning monthly.
