Highly recommended! The Private Suite is so beautifully designed, with a sauna and ice bath. I felt a great sense of relaxation after. The room has YouTube so I was able to put on a meditation during my session. The staff were so helpful! And the tea to finish was delicious! Will be back!

Amazing sauna and cold plunge experience. Loved it. Left feeling so good. I will be back and would recommend the space to anyone. They also have a cool collab with AKT at the moment so I could try their products!

Hidden understated Gem- in the heart of Chatswood. Great quality and skill with reasonable prices. I do recommended it and would go there again. Not to mention- conveniently located with a freshly made coffee on side with Macademia milk- delicious!!

Good as always, although the new AKT branding on the glass doors is very annoying if you watch tv while in the sauna - which I usually do.

The spa is really clean, staff are friendly and very helpful. Sauna is great, the tv is an added bonus and the showers spacious and clean. Highly recommend.

Lymphatic facial was heavenly for me as I've been recovering from a sinus infection the last few days which created a lot of head & neck tension and swelling in my face. Feel so much relief now after finishing with infrared sauna. Obrigada!

I had the most beautiful experience with Anna Min. She did a full colour with half a head of foils, and introduced me to the Korean spa treatment — wow. It felt like every hair on my head was being individually cared for. The treatment was incredibly relaxing and the results were stunning. Anna’s professionalism, attention to detail, and gentle approach made this appointment exceptional. Highly recommend.

A beautiful, relaxing experience using the infrared sauna. My individual sauna room was clean, with a relaxing decor. The temperature was adjusted to my needs and there was also a tablet with surround sound where I could watch my favourite show or put on relaxing sound bath tunes from YouTube. The shower facilities were pristine, with gentle detox gels and moisturiser to use. The staff are wonderful, explaining everything for a first timer and helping with little tips. I recommend this clinic highly especially if you're new to these therapies and a little nervous. You'll be well looked after.

Nimbus is a calm and beautiful place. I did a one hour traditional sauna and cold plunge therapy and felt so relaxed and refreshed from it. Three hours later still feeling this way. Planning to go regularly for improved skin tone and weight loss. I could feel that it will help with circulation, skin tone and weight loss. Very nice place to spend some time.
