Zoe was amazing!! She ensured my experience aligned to expectations delivering on my request for a firm head massage and got the pressure exactly right. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, and the facial was the perfect complement to the overall experience. I left feeling refreshed and completely relaxed. I would 100% recommend this facility. From the moment you walk in you feel welcome and relaxed. The space itself is modern, clean and has a calm atmosphere. The staff are all fantastic. I got the Immortal facial treatment from Lee and she was fantastic, as always! As icing on cake, I got the best deep tissue massage by Laila in the same session. I could not recommend Spa elements more if you are looking for pampering and relaxation, whether you are a local like me, or visiting Coffs. I have been visiting Spa Elements for years and have found their service, whether it be a relaxing elemental massage or any of the beautiful facial treatments, to be consistently excellent, professional and gentle where necessary. The experience at Q1 day spa was amazing. My therapist Mathilde was very good at her work. Very professional and applied correct pressure for massage, foot massage was also good. Massage and Facial massage got me in to relaxing state.

I've stayed at Brookleigh Estate Beauty and Spa several times, and each visit leaves me feeling relaxed and refreshed. The peaceful scenery, horses, and chickens create a charming country escape. I highly recommend the Lakeside Apartments—they're beautiful, comfortable, and great value for money. The organised meals and activities made it easy to simply unwind and enjoy my stay. The food could be improved, but overall it's a wonderful place to relax and recharge. I'd also recommend visiting Whistler's Chocolate Company & Cafe nearby for great coffee and chocolate.

Had sore hamstrings & a tight back so had a. Relaxing Hydro spa first to feel relaxed then had Saki work on my Troubled areas , After an hour I felt much better & Saki was excellent, I would definitely recommend & will be returning

​Had an incredible first experience at Breathe WRL! The 30-minute private sauna was exactly what I needed. They provide everything from towels and robes to a private shower after your session. Super friendly staff, easy booking process, and I left feeling totally recharged and relaxed. Well worth every cent—I'll definitely be incorporating this into my regular training! Bree was absolutely amazing! I had a lymphatic facial massage and she also worked inside my mouth around my jaw, which gave me such a noticeable release. I carry so much tension in my jaw, and I could genuinely feel it relax afterwards. My face felt less puffy, refreshed and so much more relaxed. Highly recommend Bree!

Really happy with my remedial massage! Such a lovely, relaxing atmosphere and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The massage by Mimie was really well targeted and I felt so much relief afterwards. I also really appreciated the helpful tips and advice — it was great to have some practical things I can do to help keep the tension away. Left feeling so much better and relaxed. Would definitely recommend!
