Leanne has a beautiful manner about her from the second you walk into the salon. She explained everything about my skin needling treatment in depth and made me feel relaxed even though this isn't necessarily the most relaxing treatment. She made it fun! I look forward to seeing the results of my skin needling and visiting again in a few weeks.

Sujika was fabulous and very thorough with a lovely energy. She walked me through the treatment and explained the product that would be used to treat my hair prior to checking my scalp. The experience was bliss - Sujika ensured that each part of the treatment was balanced and even, with no more time spent in one section than another. Perfect massage pressure, gentle throughout when needed, and a really good drying technique. I left feeling so relaxed and zen. 10/10.

Amy is fantastic. She is transparent and is knowledgeable about the benefits and downsides :). I have awful pigmentation on my lower legs and Amy designed a program with Pico that I can see the results of already after years of nothing and drs telling me I can’t do anything about it. I cannot wait to try softwave on my neck and around my eyes to lift my skin after loosing elasticity. The team at ACL in Chatswood is so welcoming and lovely. Couldn’t recommend this clinic more.

I last came to Tokyo Head Spa when it was located in Salon Lane and I did not have a good experience. However, I received a gift voucher for the new location and it was amazing. The chair becomes a bed so you are lying almost completely flat. The whole experience was amazing - firm pressure in the massage and Kloe was excellent. Highly reccommend giving their new location a try.

Nimbus is a calm and beautiful place. I did a one hour traditional sauna and cold plunge therapy and felt so relaxed and refreshed from it. Three hours later still feeling this way. Planning to go regularly for improved skin tone and weight loss. I could feel that it will help with circulation, skin tone and weight loss. Very nice place to spend some time.

The spa is really clean, staff are friendly and very helpful. Sauna is great, the tv is an added bonus and the showers spacious and clean. Highly recommend.

ACL Cosmetic Clinic is an exceptional gem that I highly recommend. As a returning client, I recently had a CoolPeel treatment with Amy. Her kindness, thoroughness, and passion were evident throughout the session. She went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The professional yet friendly staff treats me like a valued client, even though my once-a-year visit in Sydney usually only allows me one treatment each time. I had the most amazingly facial today! The treatment was incredibly relaxing and my skin feels refreshed, hydrated and glowing. Jo was professional, knowledgeable and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the experience. I also found the salon beautiful, clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this beauty salon to anyone who is looking for a high quality facial and a little bit of self care. I can’t wait to come back!

A beautiful, relaxing experience using the infrared sauna. My individual sauna room was clean, with a relaxing decor. The temperature was adjusted to my needs and there was also a tablet with surround sound where I could watch my favourite show or put on relaxing sound bath tunes from YouTube. The shower facilities were pristine, with gentle detox gels and moisturiser to use. The staff are wonderful, explaining everything for a first timer and helping with little tips. I recommend this clinic highly especially if you're new to these therapies and a little nervous. You'll be well looked after.

Nuntida Chanpitikul as a therapist was excellent, kind, knowledgeable, helpful and provided a tranquil, peaceful time - I was able to relax and enjoy myself - it was very lux. However the customer service, booking system and organizational aspects prior to seeing Nuntida - absolutely terrible.
