Incredible. 10/10 would book again. Louise is lovely, welcoming, and has a really consultative approach, asking where you feel the issues are and what you need from the session. The environment is also amazing, super relaxing, designed to aid relaxation for all senses - the bed is super comfy and the bedding / comforter is so cosy. Louise used a range of techniques and pressure to adapt to the problem areas and really get to the root of the issues.

I’ve been lucky to have Karen as a therapist for a while now, but after a period of illness I arranged for a home massage for myself and my husband. It was amazing. I had a car crash 4 years ago I’ve had loads of physio acupuncture ect my shoulder has been restricting me with so many things even to hold my toddler , today I had an appointment with Karl words can not explain how incredible he is the treatments he has done has made me feel like a new woman I have 0 pain in my shoulder I have movement in any way I lift my arm I honestly would pay way more for this treatment then what it is he is a miracle worker . Today I had my first reiki session with Lyndsey and it was heavenly. I have multiple chronic health conditions and she came to treat me at my home in Chandlers Ford which meant that I could enjoy treatment and then relax in the comfort of home without the effort needed of being elsewhere. Lyndsey is a kind soul who put me at ease immediately which helped me relax and get into a calm state for treatment. Afterwards I felt so calm, happy and like a weight had lifted, I can’t wait for my next session. Thanks Lyndsey x

I won a voucher in raffle for a treatment with lyndsey and was blown away with the service. She really cares about your wellbeing and asks how to best tailor her services to your needs. She doesn’t rush you and really listens to you. I had reflexology and a back massage and can highly recommend both. I left feeling great, very relaxed and can already feel a difference in my body. Her prices and reasonable and I will definitely be going back in the future to try some different treatments.
