I have been getting my hair cut at Outline by Kay for a couple years now, I have curly/ wavy texture and have found it a real struggle to find a hairdresser that understands how to cut curls without using a million products and styling methods. Kay is absolutely fantastic, she really listens to what you're looking for and asks questions, she's interested in what you want rather than trying to quickly assume. And my hair has never been happier! For as long as I live in Edinburgh I won't go anywhere else - I couldn't recommend Outline or Kay more.

This is seriously the best manicure I have ever received and it was the relaxing, warm environment made it all the better. The shape/color of my nails are spot on and exactly what I wanted. Sadly I don’t live in Edinburgh currently, but if I did, I would get my nails done by Tessa exclusively. Thank you for a wonderful experience and good luck with the rest of your training!

Incredible! Magda is very talented and is the best nail technician I have been to in Edinburgh! Her design work is detailed and gorgeous. She is also very friendly and we have great conversation. Ladies RUN dont walk for the 8 in 1 Hydro Facial. I suffer from dry and dull skin. I had this facial done 3 days ago and i cant believe how good my skin looks. For the first time in a very long time my skin has a lovely heathly glow, it looks radiant, awake and feels so soft. And this shows through my makeup. Lisa was brilliant. As this was my first experience, she explained every step in detail. And we also had a good laugh. So no need to be nervous. No appointment is the same with Laima - every session is tailored to my skin needs. And that's be because she is so experienced and pays attention at every detail. Laima radiates calm and positive energy which makes me so relaxed and I leave the room always feeling re set and re energised. Honestly the best part is the little massage she gives while some mask is applied - she does it so gently that her hands feel like feathers.
