Our staff are all extremely experienced in their areas of work and strive to provide a perfect treatment every time. We are completely inclusive, BSL & LGBTQ+ friendly and enjoy welcoming a host of regular clients. I had a great facial done by Sophie. I always feel a bit nervous when it comes to having things done to my skin, but all of that disappeared as soon as I met Sophie. She was so friendly and explained everything clearly. She also adapted the facial to remove anything I wasn’t sure about, which made me feel really comfortable. I left with radiant, glowy skin, which was exactly the goal!

My first at The Collective and my appointment with Sophie was great! She was very welcoming and created a relaxing environment. It was my first time getting eyelash extensions and she asked lots of questions to make sure they were what I wanted and they turned out amazing. Also got my brows waxed and will definitely coming back again for both. Thank you Sophie for a wonderful experience.
