I had a great facial done by Sophie. I always feel a bit nervous when it comes to having things done to my skin, but all of that disappeared as soon as I met Sophie. She was so friendly and explained everything clearly. She also adapted the facial to remove anything I wasn’t sure about, which made me feel really comfortable. I left with radiant, glowy skin, which was exactly the goal!

My first at The Collective and my appointment with Sophie was great! She was very welcoming and created a relaxing environment. It was my first time getting eyelash extensions and she asked lots of questions to make sure they were what I wanted and they turned out amazing. Also got my brows waxed and will definitely coming back again for both. Thank you Sophie for a wonderful experience.

I have had waxes before but this was by far the best experience! Megann was so friendly from start to finish, made me feel so comfortable during the entire appointment. Would 100% recommend, will be back😊
