One of the best massages I’ve ever had. The space was super calming and cozy, and the whole vibe made it easy to relax right away. My massage therapist was really friendly and checked in a few times to make sure the pressure was just right. I left feeling totally relaxed and way less tense. If you're looking for a good massage and some serious chill time, I definitely recommend this place. I’ll for sure be back!

The massage was so relaxing, the facial left my skin glowing and the scalp massage was something else (yes I treated myself to the full works - I can recommend the packages!). I throughly enjoyed my day. I booked a package and every treatment was an absoloute pleasure. Firstly the facilities are clean, the sauna is amazing and my absolute favourite. The oxygen cabin is probably the most relaxing place I've ever laid down and the hydrotherapy massage is one of the best massages I've ever had. I can't wait to go back again. The staff were so friendly and lovely 10/10 experience.

What an absolute hidden gem of a business! Fantastic massage, the massage room is so thoughtfully set up from the ice water to greet you through to the super cosy electric blanket and beautiful interior design- Nadia’s made a little self-care oasis in Milton! Brilliant massage- I came home and slept like a log, cannot recommend highly enough

Anna is absolutely wonderful! She knows what she is doing and is excellent at the services she provides. I tried the BBL and after seeing results, I'm very willing to try other services. Prices are reasonable as well. Glad their is someone in Portsmouth that offers these services! Wish I found her sooner!
