This was my third time seeing Claire within a week and she was exceptional again. She has given me an amazing pedicure, eyebrow wax and tint and this evening she gave me the most amazing massage. I feel so lucky to have met a therapist as skilled and lovely as Claire x

Kirk is extremely knowledgeable on human anatomy and the role each skeletal muscle plays in biomechanics to create pain at each spot and movement. The Sports Massage he offers is not a stronger deep tissue, because it wasn't about the amount of force applied to the "knots". In fact, he uses a moderate amount of strength you would get in a deep tissue or less than a deep tissue, but following the muscle fibres' natural direction and ease out the tension. He also gave me a few exercises to strengthen my weaker muscles that induced compensation in surrounding muscles. He's amazing!

As expected, this is now my 4th session and it’s honestly the most fulfilling massage. If you want to relieve all the aches and pains or have a specific target area, Zsuzsanna does it!. Well worth every penny and such a lovely set up too. I highly recommend to book in. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now for my massage.
