I was really pleased with my treatment and received immediate relief to tight neck muscles I wasn’t even aware I had! I also discovered my technique in the gym was causing the knee problems I had and have been given some tips to improve my form. Then to end the season I had a relaxing massage to ease my tight muscles. Very good visit, would definitely recommend ☺️

Honestly, the best treatment I have had so far. I have tried different therapists in Portsmouth and came across this one by chance (it was a present) but will definitely stick to her as a massage therapist/physio. I highly recommend her.

Purchased the Refresh package of 4 treatments. Was a bit anxious about the Cryo chamber but it was ok and felt invigorated after. Next massage bed - pre bliss, red light - very relaxing, Float perfect end to all the treatments. Felt totally chilled. Fabulous package! Great place, great staff and great treatments will definitely be rebooking 😁

This lady gives amazing massages and really pin points the areas needed. I felt soooo good afterwards im booked in again already. Very relaxing I even fell asleep!
