I had a great experience with Heather, she is a warm, intuitive, knowledgeable healer, her environment is calm, comfortable and welcoming. I felt safe, encouraged and supported to unravel some deep emotions, feelings and worries, working with the mind, body and soul, through techniques including meditation, breath work, massage and reiki. I left with some tools to help me on my journey, including herbal remedies/book recommendations.

Gemma's Signature treatment is what I needed for some me-time. As a new mum, Gemma's massage was relaxing and at the same time loosening my tight shoulder and neck muscles. And the facial treatment, with cold crystals, was rejuvenating and energising. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for some well-deserved allround treatment. Gemma is always lovely and I'm looking forward to my next treatment.
