A deeply therapeutic, relaxing and nurturing full body massage, to release tension in the muscles, calm the nervous system and soothe away any aches and pains. This massage will also help you very gently release blocked emotions and trauma held in the body. 

Holistic means to look at the whole of you and with this massage, whilst we gently release knots and tension in the body, we can also work out why there might be blocked energy in certain areas. The body and mind are inter-linked and often we may be feeling pain in a part of the body and it may be due to a blocked emotion. For example, the back of the lungs area, can be unprocessed grief around the lungs meridian. 

With my knowledge of the body/mind connection, she can advise if there are any deeper issues that are showing themselves to be released and assist you in the process of letting go. 

You will leave feeling lighter and brighter physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. 

Holistic Body Massage 60

Reiki is an energy healing technique which promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, and allows for deeper healing,  through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to guide energy through your body, improving the flow and unblocking chakras and meridians. 

Dr Mikao Usui developed reiki in the early 1900s, deriving the term from the Japanese words rei, meaning “universal,” and ki, which refers to the vital life force energy that flows through all living things to keep them alive. 

Reiki helps women become more balanced — physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, and is the most popular treatment over the last few years, because of its ability in releasing past trauma from abuse, relationship break-ups, childhood issues - some of the key issues that are arising for women as a whole. 

Heather is a Reiki Master with over 17 years of experience giving Reiki and therefore the energy transmitted is of a high vibration, and intuition is always used.



Reiki

An ancient healing method originating from Egypt around 2500BC, this proven technique of unblocking energy through pressure points on the feet is also deeply relaxing and grounding. Reflexology, uses a targeted, pressure-point foot massage to restore the flow of energy throughout the body. There are close to 7,000 nerve endings on your feet that when stimulated, affect the entire nervous system. 

Reflexology can address anything from headaches to sinus problems to stomach issues. If sensitivity or tenderness is experienced when an area is stimulated, it usually indicates bodily weaknesses or imbalances within the corresponding organ. With repeated pressure and manipulation of nerve endings, reflexology can help to clear any channels of blocked energy by moving the flow of blood, nutrients and nerve impulses. This ultimately improves overall health and balance. 

Your treatment includes a relaxing foot massage and this whole session promotes a sense of feeling grounded and balanced.

A nurturing pregnancy reflexology session for women after 37 weeks, designed to support relaxation, hormonal balance, and gentle preparation for labour.

Delivered on a comfortable sofa with cushions and blankets, the session focuses on:

Gentle reflexology to ease tension in feet, lower legs, and overall body

Supporting oxytocin release and natural hormonal balance

Deep relaxation to calm the nervous system

Optional Reiki integration is available for additional emotional grounding and energetic support.

Sacred Birth Preparation - Maternity Reflexology (37 weeks plus) - 60 mins

Facial Reflexology is a wonderfully soothing reflexology treatment performed on the face to help release toxins and stress in the body. Facial Reflexology is based on the same theory as traditional Foot Reflexology, but with a focus on the pressure points located on the face.  The face provides a beautiful and precise tool to read what is going on within the body’s internal organs, central nervous system and neuro-biological system. The face’s proximity to the brain and cranial nerves makes Facial Reflexology exceptionally powerful in impacting the body systems.

The unique benefit of Facial Reflexology is that not only does it aim to help you improve your health and wellbeing, it can provide you with a healthy glow which can help you to look better and younger.  The face will look and feel smoother and more toned, as circulation is improved and muscle tension is reduced. Additionally, the body is encouraged to eliminate toxins as the body’s healing mechanisms are stimulated.
