Gemma is a true professional with a real passion for what she does. She made me feel welcome from the start with a thoughtful message before my appointment—a lovely personal touch! I had my first hot stone massage, and it was just amazing. The warmth of the stones was so soothing, and the little facial massage at the end added an extra layer of relaxation. Having a treatment with Elizabeth is always a lovely treat. You leave a massage or facial feeling relaxed and pampered and reluctant to leave. She is also so knowledgeable about the body, muscles, skin etc that she is great to ask about any problems you may be having and able to offer really helpful advice. Highly recommend a visit!

I left with some tools to help me on my journey, including herbal remedies/book recommendations.
