Headache & Migraine Relief Massage – 60 min

This is a deep tissue massage focused on relieving pain, tension and discomfort in the legs. The treatment is designed for clients experiencing leg pain, muscle tightness, heaviness or fatigue, without lower back pain.
During this 45-minute session, the focus is on the gluteal muscles, hamstrings and calves, depending on where symptoms are present. Firm but controlled pressure, Trigger Point Therapy and professional stainless steel soft tissue tools (IASTM) are used to help release fascia, reduce muscle tightness, improve tissue mobility and prepare muscles for deeper treatment. Pressure is always adjusted to your comfort level.
This is a targeted pain-relief treatment rather than a relaxation or spa massage.
Foot massage is not included.
