Honestly, the best treatment I have had so far. I have tried different therapists in Portsmouth and came across this one by chance (it was a present) but will definitely stick to her as a massage therapist/physio. I highly recommend her.

I cannot recommend Kara enough. She is incredibly skilled and professional yet makes you feel welcome and at ease as soon as you step through the door. She always makes sure to check in and tailors your treatment for your needs. Honestly the best deep tissue massage ever and her facials leave my skin glowing for days! She’s amazing! :)

After a hectic day with my toddler I couldn’t wait for tonight’s massage and it certainly didn’t disappoint - pure bliss! As always I left feeling completely relaxed and revitalised. Gemma really knows how to chill me out and loosen me up - heaven!

Had an amazing day, tried out a variety of treatments, cryo chamber, floatation tank, hydro massage and red light therapy. The staff very very helpful and informative about each treatment and were happy to help. The venue was clean and tidy, a lovely warm temperature and happily walked around in our dressing gowns. We have already discussed when we will be returning. Thank you revive for a relax day.

Had an amazing full body massage with Les. Being a therapist myself, I'm quite fussy when it comes to massage, but Les had an amazing pressure and made me feel super relaxed! So good to be on the other side! I also had a Lash Lift & Tint with Harriet, who explained the process very well, and put me at ease as it was my first time experiencing this treatment.
