It was my first time at Chloe’s head spa and Lily was amazing. She explained everything well and was very attentive. The place itself is really nice, you’d never think you were in Albert Road!. The lovely little touches of slippers when you arrive, a drink and chocolate bar and then a bottle of water to leave with were great too. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough, I cannot wait to book again. Thank you again Lily, even if the up close and personal pre-head massage scalp analysis was eye opening 🤣 lovely place xx

Another amazing appointment. April found the areas of stress and tension in my back and worked on them Until they were gone. Then the luxury facial which I always find so relaxing and chills me right out. I left feel a different person to the one that arrived. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ as always!!

I’ve been to quite a few massage therapists over the years, and by far, she has made the biggest difference. She really took the time to understand where my tension was and knew exactly where to find all my knots — something many other therapists haven’t been able to do. The pressure was absolutely spot on, and she also recommended some exercises for me to do at home, as well as advising me on when I should come back. She was incredibly knowledgeable, listened to all my questions, and made me feel really comfortable throughout. I honestly couldn’t recommend her highly enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have nano hair extensions with Lauren…. I have just had them taken out after 12 weeks and I didn’t have a single extension fall out in a whole 12 weeks. Once they were removed, I then had a head spa….. all I can say is ‘wow’ . For anyone that’s had hair extensions, and then has them removed…… it felt so good to have one of Lauren’s head spas. Would thoroughly recommend! I’ll be back in a weeks time to get my extensions re-fitted.

I had a Japanese head spa today and it was absolutely amazing! I felt so relaxed that I actually fell asleep almost immediately, haha. I never usually treat myself, but I’ve decided to start doing something just for me once a month, and this was the perfect way to begin. The whole experience was incredibly calming and enjoyable from start to finish. Thank you so much for such a wonderful treatment and for making me feel so relaxed. I will definitely be back and can’t wait for my next visit!

Perfect from start to finish. I had a head in the clouds massage. So relaxing with beautiful smelling oils . Finished off with the infrared sauna which was absolutely perfect. Lovely friendly ladies . Will definitely be returning xx
