I had an amazing sports massage with Alex and can’t recommend her enough. She has excellent knowledge from her training at Bournemouth University, and it really shows in her approach. The pressure was absolutely perfect, especially on my glutes, which felt like they’d needed that release my whole life! Alex gave me brilliant aftercare advice too, which I really appreciated. Her home studio is such a lovely, welcoming space, and I left feeling lighter, looser, and well looked after. I have booked all of my appointments for the rest of the year because she is fantastic.

Went for a Full Body Exfoliating treatment today, told the therapist I didn't want my actual torso done and asked if she could instead spend a little extra time doing my arms & legs, oh my goodness, Amy was an absolute delight and done exactly that plus gave my tired ol' legs the most amazing deep massage, trust me for someone "on the very heavy side" and ladened with varicose veins my legs definitely appreciated & benifited from it. Salon was spotlessly clean and super welcoming from the minute I stepped in. Thank you so much Amy, will be booking again next month for sure.

Very professional and thorough with Assessment and treatment. Charlie is knowledgeable which showed when he asked me about CES which gave me great confidence in him as so many Health Professionals have no idea what you're talking about, even in a Doctor/Hospital environment? I booked my next appointment for a weeks time in the run up to my next back surgery and am looking forward to the mix of strength training and Sports Massage on a regular basis. Jamie took time to understand my issues and knew where to target for the massage. He talked me through what he was doing and kept checking I was comfortable. Felt great immediately afterwards. Will be having more sessions regularly to keep the issues at bay.
