His confidence, experience, and knowledge are evident, and he was able to effectively address my tight muscles and aid my recovery after intense exercise. I would certainly recommend Jamie and will be booking again soon. Without doubt, this is the best massage I’ve experienced in the Gosport/Fareham area, and I’ve tried several others over the years. 5 star service for sure.

I can’t believe how much difference one session with Jamie made after years of living with pain. His knowledge and techniques were incredible, and the strengthening advice he gave alongside the sports massage was so helpful.
