Charlie is incredibly knowledgeable and he was able to clearly instruct me with helpful exercises, after detailing the specific problem that was being caused by the nerve running down my arm. I felt very relaxed in his presence, which is important for me as I struggle to relax at times. I look forward to booking in with him again and working on the niggles and pains in my body. The massage was a great mix of relaxation and pressure/firmness needed for working into the more uncomfortable areas. Thank you Charlie!

Booked last minute as needed a pamper.Sophie is so lovely and calming and knows her stuff.I had a back treatment,brush, massage, aroma facial followed by head & neck massage, pure bliss..Left feeling amazing and will definitely be back!
