Charlie is incredibly knowledgeable and he was able to clearly instruct me with helpful exercises, after detailing the specific problem that was being caused by the nerve running down my arm. I felt very relaxed in his presence, which is important for me as I struggle to relax at times. I look forward to booking in with him again and working on the niggles and pains in my body. The massage was a great mix of relaxation and pressure/firmness needed for working into the more uncomfortable areas. Thank you Charlie!

I had the spa experience, 3 hours of pure relaxation. This was by far the best massage I have ever experienced, and I have had a lot! The 10 minute breathing exercise at the beginning was perfect to really settle into the session, Sam has such a soothing voice to help you relax. If you’re thinking about going for the spa experience just go for it! I didn’t feel like I was wondering what time it will finish unlike other massages, it flowed the whole 3 hours. AMAZING!

Had my first treatment with Anna-hot stone massage with the guided meditation to start with. The best massage I’ve ever had. Anna is so lovely and had some really good recommendations, beautiful treatment space and the treatment itself was so relaxing. I find it hard to relax in massages but not this time! Jade's Head Spa was a real treat. Her venue is absolutely stunning, and as soon as you walk in, you instantly feel relaxed. From choosing the beautiful scents for your treatment to enjoying a matcha or herbal tea at the end, the whole experience is seamless and incredibly relaxing. Jade is a fantastic therapist with a lovely personality. She's extremely knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you're comfortable throughout. A superior head spa in such a beautiful setting. Jade has created a calm and welcoming haven that allows you to feel very comfortable and at ease. The treatment was exceptional and incredible relaxing – everything I needed it to be. With some previous experience of heads-as, this is by far the best I have had. Jade's knowledge and experience is evident, both in her understanding of how to formulate the treatment to your hair, and the high-quality massage you receive. I cannot recommend Jade enough – I will not be going anywhere else for my head spas.

The ‘Sakura’ luxury head spa treatment was both enjoyable and relaxing. It was really interesting to see the improvement in my scalp health and I left feeling calm, relaxed and clear headed. The treatment room was a calm space with gentle music and lighting. Jade provided a warm welcome and was very knowledgable in explaining the treatment and process. Finished with an apple and elderflower herbal tea. I would definitely recommend and hope to go back soon

I had an 1-hour massage and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean and welcoming. The therapist was professional, attentive and took the time to ask about any areas of tension before starting. The pressure was perfect throughout the session, and they really focused on the spots that needed the most attention. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably less tense.
