Had an amazing experience at Body WRL using their infrared saunas. The facility is clean, modern, and well-maintained, making it the perfect place to unwind and detox. I enjoyed my first infrared sauna @ Feelgood with a girlfriend today. We bluetoothed our own music and the 45 min session flew by. I feel so blissed out now. The facilities are fresh and fabulous. We had a spacious room and huge shower. Can't wait to go back next week for another session. I want to try a floatation tank next :-)

The most relaxing massage experience I've ever had. My partner and i had booked in a 60 min massage, 30 min body scrub and 20 minute sauna package and we felt so accommodated from the start. Lovely, clean and spacious spa!

Maggie was great! So relaxing! The space is beautiful and I can’t wait to be back. I immediately felt so relaxed walking in and with the massage and sauna it was the best way to spend some time.

I have been a member of C3 Drummoyne since the beginning, It’s a great spot for both working out and recovery. The gym has everything you need, and the vibe is fun and welcoming! The sauna is perfect for relaxing after a tough session. The ice bath is a game-changer for recovery; it really helps with muscle soreness. The staff are next level knowledgeable, super friendly and always willing to help. If you’re looking for a solid place to train and recover, I definitely recommend checking it out! Tara :)

I had previously visited Body WRL to try out a couple of the wellness offerings, but this afternoon my wife and I spent several hours enjoying a number of different treatments. Starting with the float tank, we shared 45 minutes of absolute bliss and a feeling of zero gravity. This was followed by 30 mins of infrared sauna, 20 mins reclining in a meditation/massage/oxygen chair and then 3 minutes each in the cryotherapy chamber which was exhilarating! My wife also experienced the facial cryotherapy treatment and said it was amazing. Perfect Sunday. Body WRL team are wonderful and so welcoming.

Good massage acrub and infrared sauna. Booked this package 2 years ago and today on my birthday. Appreciate the birthday discount and sparkling wine with chocolate as birthday thought. Plus good to have two Thai spa therapists there as Thai experts on this. Only negative comment the shower head was broken so couldnt shower properly after treatment. But willl still return again and recommendd to friends. Thank you!
