Katerina is fantastic! Very friendly, professional, efficient, social and respectful. Her spa is very clean and organized and I always have a pleasant experience when there. I have tried a few other sugaring spas in Toronto and this has been the best one. Highly recommend.

Nisha takes the time to thoughtfully curate treatment plans based on each individual’s needs. She was incredibly patient in explaining treatments and never once pushed products or prioritized sales. I’ve been to many skin and laser clinics where the focus is on selling, but that was never the case with Nisha. Despite her busy schedule, she always made time to check in on my skin and follow up on my progress. She gives candid, straightforward advice without sugarcoating, which I really appreciate. This place is truly a hidden gem in Toronto. Highly recommended!

Today was my first time visiting Hairworks. I usually go downtown Toronto near my office but I'm currently working from home. I was fortunate to have Rouba as my stylist today. My hair looks and feels incredible. She knew exactly what to do based on my short request (covid-style so we can't talk a lot). I love what she did and can honsetly say that this was the best looking blow dry I have ever had. The covid protocols were also well executed and followed. All of this for much less than what I pay at my usual stylist. Thanks for the great cut Rouba!!

the staff make you feel very comfortable and do a thorough job. i started noticing results after the first treatment and it wasn’t as painful as i thought it would be. honestly the best place to go to, and i’ve been to a number of places before finding NC. I have been consistently coming to NC for four years now; started with facial laser, got addicted (in an ‘i love the glow and how smooth and clean my skin feels’) to their hydro facials, and now committed to their full body laser treatment.

Money is excellent with what she does. I did clean up and glow up facial with her. I’m actually glowing next day already. It’s been a week now and receiving so much compliments to my skin. I had a really pleasant experience during my facial. The esthetician was gentle, professional, and explained each step of the process. My skin felt very clean, hydrated, and noticeably smoother right after the treatment. The atmosphere is wonderful. Very quiet, extremely clean, and very presentable. It gives that ahhh, feeling of Zen. The facial service and massage have my double thumbs up for great etiquette, politeness, and understanding of superb customer service. The perfect place to go to after work, or just need to be there. p.s. They have extra slippers for you as you walk in, that way the floor does not get filthy, on their always nicely clean floors(wink)

i was originally gonna get the bespoke signature, but i’m so glad elaine is so thoughtful and genuinely so good at what she does 🥹!! she really took the time to look at my skin and explain thoroughly which facial would suit me best, and i ended up getting the barrier repair to help with my acne 🤍 my skin felt sooo refreshed, calm, and light after the appointment!! she also gave me samples which is amazing 🫶🏻 and she has really good aftercare too, she checks in with you after to see how your skin is doing which i honestly appreciated so much. 💕 definitely recommend her!!
