This was my first time, and it definitely won't be my last! She was so kind and gentle, and she accompanied me through the entire process, making sure to include me as it was my first facial. It was a truly soothing and calming experience. I highly recommend this for any beginners considering a facial!

I left with dewy glowing skin, after a dreamy holistic facial with Asha at The Beauty Collective - she has a lovely calm energy and such a gorgeous space (full of plants, vintage-y touches & tranquil tunes). Asha explained everything she was doing in real-time and gave me a mini-tutorial re: Gua Sha and lymphatic drainage, plus a demo of helpful stretches for my tense neck and tips re: what to do on my own at home. Bonus: no hard-selling of products, although they do carry some gentle indie skincare lines worth trying. Will definitely be back. Watch her fab reels on TBC's IG!

Love visiting Olenza Beauty Loft, I've been coming here for years and love the recent revamp they did with the salon a couple of years ago. Team is incredible, such a wholesome feeling when I visit. If you want an incredible hair service experience go to Jasmina, she's literally the best in the game, I've been blonde for years and I'm always so happy with the final product when Jasmina works on my hear. Also love coming for facials here, their whole team is top-tier. I come from Kitchener because I refuse to go anywhere else. They're also all lovely humans and very hospitable.

She was able to recommend Dermalogica products that help keep my skin clear and didn't irritate it. I have continued to come to Olenza for other skin treatments because I trust them so much.
