Love visiting Olenza Beauty Loft, I've been coming here for years and love the recent revamp they did with the salon a couple of years ago. Team is incredible, such a wholesome feeling when I visit. If you want an incredible hair service experience go to Jasmina, she's literally the best in the game, I've been blonde for years and I'm always so happy with the final product when Jasmina works on my hear. Also love coming for facials here, their whole team is top-tier. I come from Kitchener because I refuse to go anywhere else. They're also all lovely humans and very hospitable.

I have been coming to Olenza to see Olivera for facials for the last few years. I have acne issues and get large under skin pimples. The treatments have been the only thing to actually clear my skin and I tried so many things before this. She is professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. She was able to recommend Dermalogica products that help keep my skin clear and didn't irritate it. I have continued to come to Olenza for other skin treatments because I trust them so much. I would highly recommend Olenza.

I look forward to each facial session with her because her treatments leave my skin glowing and healthy. Her personalized approach has significantly improved my acne-prone skin. Over the years, of course I have tried other places depending on where I was in the world. Nothing compares to Olenza’s! For the first time, I had a facial there. It was a Mother’s Day gift.
