Best Hair Treatments near me in Richmond, Vancouver

Days prior to our appointment our stylists messaged us for a consult asking about our current hair state and what we’d like to achieve. When we got there we were greeted warmly by our Mii (my hairstylist) and Yuki (Rb’s hairstylist). We both got a wash and blow dry and they consulted us with each step of the hair cut to make sure we were happy. Defo worth going to Richmond for this experience.

I had the best haircut experience in Vancouver with Yuki! 💖 She was so gentle and respectful, always checking what I like and don’t like, making me feel completely comfortable. I also got a lovely scalp cleansing treatment and a super relaxing massage. 10/10 - highly recommend!

I had the best experience with Initial, specifically Ayala. She was super nice and sweet. I really loved the hair colour she did on me. I also learned a lot from her even though I have been dying my hair at other salons before. I wish she could stay in Vancouver so she can be my stylist forever haha.

Yuri is very responsible, reached out a few days in advance to discuss the style and consult my hair’s condition. She also gave detailed directions to help me find the store. She is attentive and professional. The hair wash was very relaxing and the hair cut was great. Very good experience!
