I had the best experience with Initial, specifically Ayala. She was super nice and sweet. I really loved the hair colour she did on me. I also learned a lot from her even though I have been dying my hair at other salons before. I wish she could stay in Vancouver so she can be my stylist forever haha.

Yuki did an amazing job on my hair. She got in touch a week before the appointment to get an idea of what I was looking for and current condition of my hair. During the actual appointment, she made sure I was happy with how it was going and the result was more than I hoped for. Highly recommend Yuki!

It was my first time getting a haircut with Yi, and I couldn’t be happier! Yi is extremely professional, attentive, and really takes the time to listen. I have completed my third PRP hair treatment. It's still too early to see the results, but I have noticed improved coverage in the bald spot and increased thickness on my hair. Considering that PRP hair treatment typically takes six months, I am happy with the progress I've seen in just two months. Dr. Yam is always extremely attentive to my condition and dedicates extensive time to the PRP hair treatment. Sierra is also really friendly and easy to talk to.
