I've never had a perm before but I trusted Jenny with the process. She did a phenomenal job - she trimmed all the damaged ends of my hair, triple checked to make sure which kind of perm I wanted, washed my hair and did the whole job so seamlessly. I loved the look - will definitely come back for touch ups.

Jas was amazing as usual! I keep coming back for new colours and I am impressed every time. This time I didn't do my usual bleaching process and opted for a darker hair colour for a change. Jas shared her knowledge about what to expect in caring for my own hair and outlined the differences given my change from the usual bleaching and lighter colours. When I go to visit Nicole, I get more than a great haircut, I always have an inspiring conversation with Nicole and I always leave with a smile on my face (plus my hair looks great!). I really enjoyed my hair cut and scalp treatment section with Una today! She is friendly, passionate and good at what she does! I can see visible results after the scalp treatment. I also really enjoyed the soothing head/neck massage Una provides. She cuts my hair according to my face shape and makes my face look younger and slimmer. Eco-san is a talented and exceptional professional with lots of experience. After realizing her excellent sense of style, I've been asking her to recommend what she suggests would suit me most rather than trying to figure out what to do on my own. Experience was good! I didn't realize the hair stylist did not speak English, but he remained professional and we were able to communicate through the use of Google translate! He was even able to make jokes! If you do not speak Mandarin, I would go in with an open mind and a picture of what you would like your hairstyle to be like. He was very attentive to all the details.

I visited Mophead today for the first time & had the pleasure of having James as my stylist. I initially went in just for a trim, but he graciously accommodated my last-minute request for a color change as well. The results are absolutely beautiful—I truly feel like a whole new person! Excellent hair stylist. Kai is very knowledgeable in his area of expertise, makes great suggestions and works through your hair without rush. He is very thorough. Highly recommend him. He will give you great haircuts!

Even the guy so quiet and didn't interact with me, he did a great job with my hair. Maybe he can't express himself but over all good job. I will still ask him to cut my hair when I come back.

Hiro did amazing from start to finish. Regardless of the language barrier, he carefully explained each process during my hair treatment and made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. This is my 2nd time receiving service at this salon and is definitely my go-to place for hair cut/colouring services.
