All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

Patrycja gave me such an amazing massage - she was clear, friendly and made me feel comfortable to tell her when the pressure was too hard. I’ve just had the luxury gel manicure with Mo and it’s easily the best in Teddington. Mo did an excellent job and the finish is absolutely flawless. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Ellie for going above and beyond. Her customer service and professional integrity are amazing, and it’s clear she sets such high standards for the salon to make sure her clients are well looked after. Highly recommend :)

I booked deep tissue massage. Carol's hands are magic. I also appreciated that, except before and after the treatment when she 'cleared the air' with Buddhist-type sentiments, there was little speech except to check that the pressure was OK. I had an excellent experience at Innior Ltd. Sara Ali was very pleasant and kind in suggesting the threading and the colour for my eyebrows. She was careful and quick. And did a very good job.

I was very stiff and sore after a long week of work, Sara is an amazing therapist, she tailored massage treatment to my needs and I felt very relaxed and so much better after the session. I’ll be back for more sessions and would highly recommend! Thank you!
