I went to Carole with a terrible shoulder ache ( muscle and tendon tear) as a supplementary therapy along with my physio sessions. Carole did a session of reflexology and holistic massage for me. I have come back feeling so much better after her sessions and have been able to sleep without pain. Absolutely love the atmosphere at Touching lives and the positive energy. Thank you Carole.

Lush Beauty is conveniently local for me and I have been going there most of this year for threading treatments. Today, I visited for Lemon Drop fat dissolving injections - Lush Beauty is the first to offer this service in this area so I was excited to try. My therapist has the most gentle touch and explained how the product worked and what to expect afterwards. I was put at ease, even though I am not that keen on needles. The treatment didn't hurt at all and I am looking forward to seeing the results when I complete the course over the next few weeks

I felt comfortable with her; she spoke clearly so I could understand the process, my options, all the different brow combinations, and how long it would take on the day. I have seen a few professionals who could be more forthcoming with their methods and processes. With that said, I have booked my appointment for next month to arrange for my perfect brows :)
