Ok, so I cried....but in a good way. Surely, that's a sign of an amazing massage? I tried the Lomi Lomi Deep Tissue massage for 1 hr 15mins and felt transported. She incorporated many different techniques, so I felt like I got a bit of everything. Nafisa's magic hands are full of warmth and strength and I completely let go. I felt very comfortable and safe, and most importantly, I felt so good when I left. Her treatment room is completely quiet and you feel like you're away from everything. I will be asking for another one for Christmas! Thank you, Nafisa!

What a wonderful experience from start to finish, I felt so relaxed from the moment I stepped in, considering I was stressed and rushing around coming here, I was instantly calmed upon welcome at Touching Lives. My massage was wonderful, when I've been for a massage in the past it's either relaxing, or deep tissue and focusing on points where I am tight, however this massage was a combination of both. I've been having issues with my back and a lot of pain recently but the pain has subsided so much now that it's been relieved 😊 thank you so much I can't wait to return xx

I have been coming for both deep tissue massage and reflexology (both with a holistic approach) for nearly a year now. The massage not only helps with pain in my neck and shoulders but I also leave there feeling more calm and feel rejuvenated and with a different energy than when I went in. Carole is always so welcoming and the treatments always feel personal to how you are feeling on the day and you really feel welcomed and cherished. The garden and cabin are also so warm and relaxing and beautifully decorated.
