All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

I recently got my brows laminated as well as eyelash extensions by Sam. The atmosphere was very spa-like and relaxing, away from the noices of the high-street. I loved my eyebrows so much I decided to get my eyelashes done by Sam. She kindly offered me to first do a patch test and then do my eyelashes. I really appreciated that as it made me feel at ease as it was my first time. She made sure i was relaxed and took her time with every little detail. I was very pleased with her work. I have been getting compliments on both eyelashes and eyebrows all week! Best beautician in richmond!

Nuria is great, the only person I will entrust with my teenage daughter’s eyebrows plus all 3 generations of my family try to get her for our nail appointments which says a lot.

Aman was lovely! Wonderful experience with both my shellac manicure and eyebrow wax/threading. Would highly recommend!

I had microblading eyebrows and I’m absolutely delighted with them. Farrah is very warm and friendly and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. The salon is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. There was little to no wait time, and the pricing is very reasonable for the quality of service. I’m considering a small amount of microblading next time. Sakine is amazing — she never tries to upsell anything, but instead offers honest, thoughtful suggestions that truly enhance your natural features. Highly recommend!

Farrah was so easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and went through the eyebrow procedure in great detail and was happy to answer all the questions and queries I had! Very happy to go on to the next stage with her.

I had LVL lash lift and HD brows, they look amazing! I have never had my eyebrows waxed before and was a bit nervous but Aman was so gentle it didn't hurt at all, the whole thing was very relaxing!
