Racquel is always thorough and personalised with her approach, really takes her time to understand what's going on for you each session, and tailors everything for you. She takes her time to explain things, regularly checks in, and is always open to feedback. I've had a few sessions with her now and always feel miles better after each treatment. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a good sports reset.

This session was so well time after such a crazy week. Kel is amazing at what he does, he is a nice guy and is very knowledgeable and explains what he’s doing and why he’s doing it. He doesn’t rush and genuinely wants to help relieve symptoms. I have been going to Kel for a few years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else again. Well worth the money.

Such a great experience from start to finish! I brought my six-year-old in to get her hair done, and the stylist was incredibly kind, calm, and patient with her. She felt comfortable the whole time and absolutely loved her hairstyle. I also got my own hair done—my locs were washed, re-twisted, and styled beautifully. The attention to detail was amazing, and everything came out looking fresh and neat. The customer service was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall vibe was just right. I was even offered a cup of tea, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

Pal is magical. I haven't had a massage in 4 years so I knew she would have her work cut out for her. Due to an accident last year my lower back has been very painful for a while. Pal managed to work out alot of my muscle. I cant wait to see her again im a couple of weeks. Thank you so much
