Erika was so lovely and full of helpful information, she showed me some exercises I can do at home and gave extra attention to the areas I had problems with. I'm clear with what areas I need to strengthen to improve my posture now and stop me from getting back pain. She has really loosened up my back, which has been causing me pain for months. Erika was super friendly and welcoming. I've never had a proper massage before and was a little nervous but she explained everything really well and I was comfortable quickly. We had some lovely chats but I didn't feel I needed to talk which was nice and she kept checking to make sure I was OK, she has a lot of knowledge and is happy to talk about how massages etc work which I found really interesting and helped put me at ease. I am extremely pleased with how my massage went, I've come out with more movement, less pain and feeling super relaxed. Already planning a second visit. Thanks!

So pleased with the treatment I have had from Louise that I now make a booking every 3 weeks. She relieved the pain with massage and needles when I hurt my back and has helped me improve my posture with exercises. With her advice on vitamin supplements as well, I honestly feel better than I did 10 years ago. At 81 I am now looking forward to being 91, thanks to the excellent treatment received!

I have been having acupuncture and massage with Louise for several months to help my knee pain as I needed a operation for a new knee. Since attending Thrive Wellness Centre and seeing Louise for treatment she has help me lose over a stone in weight and I am no longer in so much pain and will not be having a knee operation. I met Andrew for the 1st time yesterday and had a sports massage and cupping therapy for my lower back pain and tightness. Andrew quickly went to work on me and relieved the tension in my back and hip flexors. He has a plethora of knowledge and certainly knows what he is doing. Louise gave me a back and shoulder massage. My back is not as bent over as it was, and I am really pleased with the results since she started the treatment a few months ago. She has also cured the back pain I originally consulted her about. This has been achieved by a combination of therapies - needling, UV lights and exercises. It is a pleasure to be treated by Louise in a comfortable, modern clinic by someone who is so reassuring and knowledgeable.
