This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

Always a good experience with Qaanita for classic lashes and henna brows plus brow wax. Minor hiccup with waxing my eyebrows (thin skin got slightly irritated due to prescription retinoid use) but Qaanita had good and open communication about what took place and what might happen post-service. I always appreciate Qaanita's artistry, attention to detail and skill and will remain a repeat customer.

I was quite apprehensive because I was so comfortable with Claudine so I was disappointed that she wasn’t able to my wax. But honestly? Wow! Amazing customer service! Went in for laser hair removal and loved that the bed was heated. Helped with the cold weather. But in the middle of the session, my therapist (Axole) asked if I was getting hot from the pain, to which she turned on the AC for me. Even though the procedure was a bit painful, Axole was patient and reassuring (: Will be back!!
