Dané was super helpful and reassuring during my first laser hair removal session. I was so surprised how pain-free it was. I can’t comment on the results yet as I’m only one session in, but the experience so far has been great.

The best if the best , they never disappoint. I went for a wax and Rachel was so gentle and took me through everything step by step . Definitely going back again.

Always a good experience with Qaanita for classic lashes and henna brows plus brow wax. Minor hiccup with waxing my eyebrows (thin skin got slightly irritated due to prescription retinoid use) but Qaanita had good and open communication about what took place and what might happen post-service. I always appreciate Qaanita's artistry, attention to detail and skill and will remain a repeat customer.

Amazing customer service! Went in for laser hair removal and loved that the bed was heated. Helped with the cold weather. But in the middle of the session, my therapist (Axole) asked if I was getting hot from the pain, to which she turned on the AC for me. Even though the procedure was a bit painful, Axole was patient and reassuring (: Will be back!!

I was quite apprehensive because I was so comfortable with Claudine so I was disappointed that she wasn’t able to my wax. But honestly? Wow!
