Lovelyn was so gentle and my hair came out perfectly. I really appreciated the friendliness of the whole staff. The salon is in a very secure and quiet location and I'm happy to have found this gem in Cape Town.

My dermapen facial was such a wonderful experience. Ntombi is so thorough, cleaned my skin first before the dermapen then after gave me a wonderful firm shoulder head and neck massage, what a treat!! She truly understands her clients needs. Super Spoilt at the Best Skincare Salon!!!!

It was a very lovely facial & more than the nice massages, I appreciate that my skin concerns are looked at. I just noticed that the cost has increased, by what I initially thought was R200. Unfortunately as I am not working at the moment, I need to save on this luxury for the time being or do a more affordable facial which just focuses on the cleansing. Thank you for your lovely professional salon & focusing on our skin concerns.

Lotus Beauty Lounge is such an amazing experience. Patience is exceptional, my nails are always unique and beautifully done, and they last so long. She is honestly the best! Isabelle's hands are absolute magic, I recommend a full pedi by her for a completely relaxing experience. They give you the whole package and you will definitely leave their place feeling refreshed and renewed.

What an amazing experience! The place, the hospitality, the service is nothing short of amazing - even in loadshedding,,, Honestly one of the best experiences I have had getting my nails done. They treat you with care and kindness - you don't just feel like another number/customer. Loved getting my acrylic nails done and look forward to using them as my one-stop shop for all my beauty needs.

Laylah is amazing! She is always willing to accommodate my last minute bookings which I'm always grateful for. She takes her time when doing my lashes so they last really long.

Great experience all round. Lovely salon. Dee on reception is lovely, and I found Maryke very engaged, knowledgeable, and thorough. She explained everything she was doing, from start to finish, and I felt in very safe and capable hands. Will definitely be back. Thank you, lovely ladies!
