This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

I had an amazing experience at Original Wellness Spa and couldn’t recommend them more! The spa is spotless, calming, and has such a professional yet welcoming atmosphere. Rue was absolutely fantastic! she was incredibly thorough throughout my waxing appointments, explained everything, and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. Her warm personality and sense of humor instantly put me at ease, making what can sometimes be an awkward appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning!

From beginning to end, I felt well taken care of. My skin was thoroughly cleansed and prepared before the treatment, making the whole experience feel very professional. Ameera is so kind, honest and so easy to talk to. She really makes you feel so comfortable during your appointment. I love that she takes such pride in her work from the way the under eye tape is placed, to each application done with such precision and care. I usually do my facials with Rayana but she wasnt in and I was a little skeptical to book with another beautician. Rue was amazing! Very nice and friendly. I loved how she did my facial. I'm definitely booking a treatment at least every month! She was truly a sweetheart! I can't praise her enough.
