Today I had the Ume treatment and what an incredible experience! The most wonderful facial combined with a relaxing Japanese Head Spa. Jade is incredibly professional and so passionate about her business. You can really see how much thought, care and attention to detail has gone into every part of the experience, with the client’s comfort and relaxation at the heart of everything. From the moment you arrive, you feel completely looked after. I have honestly never felt so relaxed and completely pampered. Such a beautiful experience from start to finish. From choosing the beautiful scents for your treatment to enjoying a matcha or herbal tea at the end, the whole experience is seamless and incredibly relaxing. Jade is a fantastic therapist with a lovely personality. She's extremely knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you're comfortable throughout.
