Honestly without this place I don't know how I'd make it through the week. I come in looking half dead and come out feeling brand new. I come twice a week for just sauna and cold. But without my sessions I don't know how I'd function. I'm still recovering from a pretty bad car accident and I've tried a lot of things to get back on track, the sessions I have here and the only things that have helped me. Thank you so much Karmin for being friendly and inviting. You run this place so well and keep it super tidy and clean.

What a unique stay in this beautiful Japanesque boutique hotel. Attentive and friendly hotel owner and team with professional spa treatments onsite, this was the perfect stay for our Mums retreat in Bayside Melbourne.

Beautiful fit out. Came in to try and Hocatt machine and it did not disappoint. I felt so cleansed and more energised than how I felt when I walked in. Eliza who also took care of me from start to finish was wonderful too. Shame I don’t live in Melbourne but will be back next time.

Such an awesome & clean space. Karmen is so welcoming when you arrive and let's you just get on with your wellness journey offering support where you need it. Do yourself a favour and take on one of her packages. My favorate is infared sauna then ice bath.

What a experience!! It literially like i walked into small piece of Japanese tranquality in Melbourne. I had hot stone massage, and it was exactly what i needed! The staff looks well after you as soon as you walk in, it like you can leave worries at the door, will definetly come again!

I had the most beautiful first time experience at Kalm Springs. The studio itself is absolutely divine and the owner is incredibly warm and knowledgeable. She gently coached me through my breathing, which made all the difference for my first (proper) cold plunge. We started with a sauna, moved into the plunge and finished with a float — the perfect sequence. I left feeling calm, grounded and completely reset. Highly recommend!!

It was first time using a Far Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy and Hyberbaric Oxygen chamber. I walked out of The Orchard feeling how I felt when I was 27 years old. I'm about to turn 56. Brilliant!

Had such an amazing remedial massage! Fantastic service! The venue is truly inspiring throughout. A hidden 'Zen' gem in Melbourne fitted out with beautiful timber and oriental artifacts. I can't wait to come back again. Definitely recommended!!!

I have never tried any of the therapies in the discovery pack before except for a sauna. It was such a fun experience, trying them all and the people at Super Young were so friendly and helpful. Great experience

This is the second time I’ve had a deep tissue massage at The Brick and I’m always so well taken care of by the lovely therapists and Audrey. They are very attentive and gracious. My new favourite place for massage and pampering.

I had the most beautiful treatment with Julie. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely cared for and at ease. Her warmth, presence, and intuitive approach created such a safe, nurturing space to truly relax. I left feeling physically lighter, as though my body had let go of burdens I'd been carrying for far too long. It wasn't just an incredible treatment—it was genuinely restorative. Been a couple of times now to the infrared sauna as well as hot/cold therapy and it’s been great! Staff are excellent, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.
