I had a blow dry with Kay for the first time and she didn't disappoint. She took time to understand what I wanted and then started the appointment with an incredible massage to relax me. She was very warm and welcoming and settled the tone of my experience at Aura. I will definitely be visiting again.

The service is great right from stepping through the door - I am always offered tea :-) Even though Anna doesn't see me often, she remembers me and cuts/dries my hair really well. I don't often go after work but that was a relaxing way to end the day!

I had an appointment with Kay , and she was absolutely lovely and professional. I explained the layered haircut I wanted, and she did it exactly as I imagined. I’m so happy with the result! The whole team was friendly, and my experience was wonderful. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a perfect haircut. I will definitely be coming back in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the best hair / beauty salon in west London. I see Magda & occasionally Anna they are amazing. Anna & Mario the owners are professional friendly people who always remember me and make me feel at home. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Jade is lovely :) very knowledgeable and friendly. She sorted my hair wonderfully, taking it from a pink back to a bright platinum blonde. The complimentary massage at the start was very relaxing. I was well looked after. Would recommend highly :)

I felt nervous coming to this appointment as my childcare arrangements had fallen through, however, the team were so friendly and welcoming. They were understanding of my situation and even helped look after baby! I’m so pleased with my hair and will be recommending this salon to friends and family

First time in the mirror2* salon and I chose Anna as my hair stylist and she was so very good, very professional and she does listen to your hair concern and the style that you wanted to have, it was a happy day, she made my day happy indeed.
