Victoria did my hair beautifully as always, and I'm very happy with the result. I just wanted to share some feedback about the atmosphere in the salon. Today I felt a little uncomfortable because another stylist in the speaking in another language for much of the appointment. As a Black woman, having my hair done can leave me feeling quite self-conscious, so I really value an environment where I feel relaxed and included. When conversations are taking place around me in a language I don't understand, especially while people are looking in my direction, it can leave me feeling like an outsider

Absolutely loved the hair styling (wash, blow dry and curl) by Krystian! Such skilled hands and lovely, warm personality. I felt comfortable the entire time and beautiful by the end! Thank you Chop Chop! Always my go-to!

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! Bridget was amazing! She explained everything she was doing, which really helped me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout. My hair turned out awesome and I’ve had so many compliments! Bridget styled my hair for a special occasion, I was celebrating my birthday at Ascot. Thanks to Bridget, I truly felt special. I had a lovely experience at Diva Dolls today! From start to finish, the service was amazing. The place was clean, my hair was washed and blow-dried with such care, making sure I was comfortable throughout. The cornrows were beautifully done and so neat. Very friendly, professional and I'd definitely recommend. Will be coming back for sure :)

Really great experience, seen quickly as soon as I came in and very friendly and talented hairdresser :) I was offered a drink, encouraged to ask questions and was made to feel very comfortable, will definitely be returning for another service!

Honestly, I can't express how happy I am with my haircut. I have always avoided going to hair salons cos I never left one without feeling somewhat disappointed. It was never really how I wanted it, and the stylists I had before never really bothered to checking in with me throughout the whole process. William was the opposite. He checked with me frequently, asked if I was okay with the length, and assured me we could correct it later. It was the warmest and most comfortable visit I have ever had. I am beyond happy with my hair and will definitely come back from now on! Thank you William!

Just had such a great experience! Luana is amazing professional and very attentive.I’m absolutely in love with my new cut – it looks amazing and was styled perfectly. The hairstyle even stayed in place for two whole days, which never happens to me. The shampoo and all products were excellent.Highly recommend!
