Absolutely love my hair! The team completely transformed it and really took the time to understand what I wanted. It feels amazing to finally have a place I can fully trust with my hair — I couldn’t recommend them more!

Arrive for my appt an hour early and Rukky suggested a hair consultation. She was informative and knowledgeable and easy to converse with. Although I have insight into my hair regime and how to manage it she was able to provide info on other products which maybe more beneficial. Rukky took the time to thoroughly detangle my 4c hair and was gentle throughout. The wash and protein treatment left my hair feeling so soft and the blowout had my hair looking great. My first visit but definitely not my last, highly recommend trying Ardour. Thanks Rukky.

Honestly I am so glad I’ve found Trixie!! I have mixed race curly hair (super thick!) and I’ve always had really awful hairdresser experiences, but Trixie has given me hope again. I had the nanoplastia and I can’t believe the results as well as the brilliant advice before and after. My experience was very good. Abby and Ieshia were very attentive and I left with a beautiful hairstyle for my birthday.

Oh well! I love Trixie. Always very happy with the haircut and I travel from Hackney to West Norwood and don't mind the distance!!!! I am willing to travel extra mile for a good hairdresser. Trixie is so good with people, she listens well and knows how to ask questions. She is very creative and when you show her specific haircut you want she will do it even better, and if you want something that you don't have a clear picture for, but some idea she will always come up with something unques. I am so happy I get a very sharp haircut and with my fine hair Trixie makes it look better. So happy:)
